TCP Exercises

Important Notes:

  1. This website is in a testing phase and may contain errors. If any error is detected, please send an email to jaime.garciareinoso@uah.es
  2. It is recommended to complete the exercise on paper and then pass it through the exercise form.
  3. If a field in the TCP header is not sent in a segment, leave the field empty.
  4. Once you submit your response, the correct fields will be marked green and incorrect fields red. If you have three or more errors, the correction of your response will stop and uncorrected responses will be marked yellow.
  5. If you have any error, it is recommended to click on the "back" button in your browser and correct the incorrect fields.
  6. In the exercises with congestion control, only fill in the CWND and Mode values when any of them change. If necessary, use two decimals separated by a decimal point for the CWND value.
  7. The format of these exercises may not be related to that of the exams.
  8. Remember that you have the Enhanced Mental Map of TCP here if anything remains unclear.
